Broadway Suites, LLC was started by entrepreneurs Andrew Grinbaum and Kenneth Zuckerman. Both had a vision to provide affordable office space to other entrepreneurs and small business owners, who like themselves, wanted the prestige of a Manhattan address without the Manhattan price.
Their first location, at 234 Fifth Avenue, opened in the summer of 2006 to a resounding success. Broadway Suites second location, at 1178 Broadway, followed less than a year later. And in January 2009, their 3rd location at 192 Lexington Avenue opened its doors.
“Our standards are very high and our prices low,” said Kenny. With a background in construction and general contracting, Kenny and his team build each Broadway Suites location from the ground up. “We use the best and most cost-effective materials so that we don’t have to pass extra costs onto our clients.”
